Expected Fruits of this Devotion

This devotion is bringing incredible consolation to a great number of people.  It is reported that the message brings them into a profound peace and joy and brings them closer to Our Lord Jesus.  They report a greater eagerness to come to Holy Communion, and they feel a closer unity with the saints of heaven.  Further it is reported that it helps to bring them into better relationships with others.

The fruits of this devotion are excellent.

God the Father explained that this message is key to effective evangelisation.  How has this born out in the real world where there is a battle for souls?

The most eminent  testimony comes from Archbishop Guerry who was, before he was elevated to being a Bishop, was one of the Theologians who investigated the apparitions and the message to Mother Eugenia.

He wrote a book which, in Fench, was titled Vers le Père, which translates to Towards the Father.  The English edition is titled, "God the Father, Meditations."

This book was published the year after the Bishop of Grenoble made public his positive determinations regarding Mother Eugenia and the message of the Father.

It has been said that it was this book which propelled him to the Episcopacy, being made first, the secretary to the Cardinals and the Archbishops of France in 1940, then he was ordained Bishop the same year, and made Archbishop of Cambrai in 1952.  He was a council father at all 4 sittings of the Second Vatican Council.

In the introduction to this work on God the Father,  which was translated into English, German, Spanish, Italian and Polish, he wrote,

"Jesus' devotion was to the Father.  How should His (Jesus') devotion not be ours?  This was the devotion He taught in the sole prayer He composed for us.

We know from the Gospels that He was always speaking to His Apostles of the Father.

But for how many Christians today is the Father a living Person?.......

We need not then have any fear that this devotion, which seems to be new only because it has been forgotten, is at all likely to entangle us in dubious innovations.

All those who- whether preachers or directors of consciences - have contributed to spread it, have rejoiced to note the profound effects of purifications and sanctification it has brought about in souls."

Anticipate Fruits:

Why the implimentation of this devotion should be a priority for all bishops throughout the world.

The Father in his discourse to Mother Eugenia implied that the devotion would indeed bring about a great deal of good for the Church and the world.  He explained that a lack of appreciation of His goodness over the centuries has been a terrible impediment to evangelisation.  It is implied in the  message   that a rediscovery of the goodness of the Father, the experience of the Father's love and the proclamation of the Father's love would bring about a new era of effective evangelisation for the Church.
